Biden Gets Petty – Gets Kicked in Nuts by Kellyanne

The Biden administration is working hard to ensure any connection to Trump is quickly terminated. Joe Biden is purging Trump appointees from federal boards despite people being appointed to fixed terms.

The Daily Wire reports:

Officials received curt letters, with one dated today saying, “Please submit your resignation to me by the close of business today. Should we not receive your resignation, your position with the Board will be terminated effective 6:00 pm tonight. Thank you.”

The removals range from military service academies to highly credentialed experts at obscure entities where politics are unlikely to be an issue.

Thomas Emanuel Dans, a member of the Arctic Research Commission whose term expires in 2023, told The Daily Wire that last Thursday, he received an abrupt email requesting he deliver his immediate resignation or be terminated later that afternoon.

“The argument from the White House is that I lack relevant expertise and an extensive knowledge of the Arctic. Well, I’m not sure what to say. I’ve only been doing finance and investment in the region for three decades… I speak fluent Russian, the language of the largest Arctic country in the world. In fact, I may be the only Commissioner in 37 years who ever has,” he said.

Dans continued that the “unusual” behavior from the Biden administration reminds him of similar behavior from the Soviet Union.

The Biden administration also removed 18 appointees named to U.S. military academy boards by Donald Trump in the final months of the Republican president’s term in office. Cathy Russell, director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office, sent letters to 18 people named to the boards of visitors for the Air Force Academy, Military Academy and Naval Academy calling on them to resign by close of business on Wednesday or face termination.

Among those Biden ousted are some high-profile Trump administration officials, including White House counselor Kellyanne Conway (Air Force Academy), press secretary Sean Spicer (Naval Academy), national security adviser H.R. McMaster (Military Academy) and Office of Management and Budget director Russell Vought (Naval Academy). Kellyanne and Sean kicked back on Twitter. Kellyanne’s letter is full of piss and vinegar.
