Kamala went to Poland and shamed us

Joe Biden is too senile to liaise with our allies regarding Russia so he sent Veep Kamala Harris to Poland instead.

During a press conference with the Polish president she was asked what the United States would be doing to help out with the Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war-torn country. She then cackled, as though that was the funniest thing ever, then sort of mocked Ukraine by declaring “a friend in need is a friend indeed,” and passed the question off to the Polish president who doesn’t speak for the U.S. 

It is well known that Kamala is too lazy to read the briefing notes that her staff prepare for her. That’s one thing when she’s talking to friendly US audiences but a complete different one on the world stage. She was ridiculed for appearing as a deer in headlights in response to a question on how the United States could assist with the millions of Ukrainian refugees, even looking to Polish President Andrzej Duda for help answering the question.

When asked about the Polish MIG-29 fighter jets that Poland wanted to give to Ukraine to help in defense against the Russian invasion, Harris ducked the question.  (Redstate)

‘I want to be very clear, the United States and Poland are united in what we have done and are prepared to do to help Ukraine and the people of Ukraine. Full stop,’ Harris said very emphatically considering it doesn’t mean anything, when she was asked about the lack of movement on a fighter jet deal.

‘In terms of the work the United States has done so far, we have, as you know, given military, humanitarian and security assistance, and that is an ongoing process,’ the vice president continued without addressing the dead plan to send fighters to help Ukraine.

It was so cringe-making that the former press secretary for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky saw Harris’ press conference and said on Twitter: “It would be a tragedy if this woman won the presidency,’ Iuliia Mendel, before deleting the post shown above.

Nothing about this was funny. Mendel and other Ukrainians know that first-hand. Harris also seemed to not even know where she was, making a word salad and confusing which “flank” she was on, as she said the north, and then corrected it to the east. The problem is this isn’t the first time, and when she’s thrown out on the world stage, it magnifies all her issues. Then that makes everyone doubt the U.S., with someone like that in such a high position. Redstate

And while Harris was playing political speak and laughing during the press conference, air raid sirens were going off in Kyiv.

“The Ukrainian people don’t need that. They need anti-tank missiles. They need anti-aircraft batteries. I mean, we heard all of this talk that you hear out of Washington about cooperation and friendship and to be nimble and swift in the response and understanding and appreciating. There are people dying as we speak on the ground in Ukraine.”
